If you are interested in coming together during the off season, I can bring a simulated game shooting to you.

My name is Chris Pattinson and I am the owner/operator of Mobile High Clays. I have developed a unique system using a mobile hoist with 2 clay traps fixed to it, which allows me to offer simulated game shooting across the UK. 

If I can get access by 4-wheel drive to the flushing point out of season, I should be able to simulate the drive that the guns enjoy during the season. My mobile lift allows fully automatic clay traps to operate between 4 metres in height up to 24 metres (78 Ft without trap angle) and therefore simulate, realistically, similar height birds to what are normally shown.

A typical simulated game shooting day would follow a similar format to the one you normally have; however, all the guns would shoot approx 50 cartridges a drive. The max number of guns I can handle in a day is 8, 4 shooting at one time, swapping over while the other 4 shoot. Those not shooting, can either watch, count the hits or load. I believe in quality not quantity, so I will be doing my best to ensure that all the guns are shooting at a pace that is comfortable.

For larger syndicate shoots, I can easily do a second day.

For first time customers, I would arrange a visit to work out the drives before the day with the shoot captain/gamekeeper and, if necessary, create drives on areas of the shoot not normally used.

I do not bring food, drink or cartridges, so the catering you normally do on a shoot day can be replicated.
